Return Process

  Ensure all landscape supplies are in their original packaging, unopened, and kept dry; bulk items must remain in their original bulk bags and be accessible for collection.

  Arrange Collection

  We will coordinate a convenient time for our specialized haulage fleet to collect the materials from your property, noting that a collection fee may apply depending on your location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods to verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
